Frequently Asked Questions
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes, you can really create free custom infographics. You get access to all of our fonts and graphics and can create as many works as you want.
Why? This is a side gig. I have a day job and this is just for fun.
You don't have a graphic for ______.
We are always expanding our library of graphics. If you have a suggestion, please let us know.
What size and file type will my download be?
All files are .png. The file size depends on the Document size you select as well as the Print option you select.
Flyers, postcards, and business cards are designed for printing either at home or with VistaPrint. (We are not affiliated with VistaPrint. We just decided to use their dimensions so you can print through them.)
Print at Home file sizes are:
– Flyer: 8.5 in x 11 in
– Postcard: 8.205 in x 6.315 in
– Business Card: 5. 25 in x 3 in
The Pro Print options include extra space in the margins to account for VistaPrint’s bleed and trimming guidelines.
What types of custom image files can I upload?
You can upload the following file types: .jpg, .png, .svg, .bmp, and .gif.
The font looks blurry or jagged. Will it display and print that way?
If you notice blurry and jagged looking fonts as you are building your document, don’t worry. It won’t download or print that way.
Several things impact the way the font looks in your browser, such as which browser you are using and whether you’ve minimized your screen. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox at full screen width and height in order to get a view that most closely resembles the quality of the downloaded or printed work.
Example: Minimized Chrome Window. Notice the jagged edges on the “l”.
Example: Max sized FireFox screen. Now the “l”s are nice and smooth.
The background on my business card looks blurry.
If you have selected a background image for your business card, it may look blurry in the tool. This is because the business card on the screen is way bigger than a printed business card. The background should look nice and crisp when you download the image.
How long will my works be available on Zanifesto?
Your works will continue to be available on Zanifesto for five years from the creation date. If this policy changes, Zanifesto will notify members through email.
